Welcome to Fig Video Chat (referred to as “App”, “Service”), a mobile video communication platform developed and operated by KukamiTechnology (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By accessing, downloading, or using Fig Video Chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Fig Video Chat.

  • By using the App, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use this Service under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable Use of the Service

You agree to use Fig Video Chat responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

  • Harass, bully, or threaten other users.

  • Microphone – for audio communication

  • Media/Storage – to upload, save, or share media

  • Approximate Location – used only for analytics and quality improvement

You may enable or disable these permissions at any time via your device settings.

The App integrates third-party services to provide a better experience, including:

  • Google Play Services

  • AdMob (Ads)

  • Firebase (Analytics, Crash Reports)

  • AppMetrica (App performance and debugging)

These third parties may collect certain data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your interaction with them is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or data handling.

6. Advertisements

Fig Video Chat is ad-supported. We display ads from trusted third-party ad networks. These providers may use limited device information (such as your IP address or device ID) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can manage ad personalization preferences through your device or the Google settings.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, code, and design elements of the App are owned by or licensed to KukamiTechnology and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

  • Reuse or resell any element of the Service for commercial purposes.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable your access to Fig Video Chat if:

You may also stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

9. Limitation of Liability
